Hola seguidores y seguidoras mios, os informo que de aquí en adelante voy a ir posteando un poquito menos, ya que, POR FIN he empezado mis clases en el ciclo de grado superior de Dirección en Cocina, y la verdad... es una gozada, el horario no es el más adecuado, pero la temática es excepcional, de momento estamos viendo la correcta gestión de un restaurante, maquinaria, equipos, etc y en un par de semanitas, empezaremos con la práctica en cuanto tengamos el uniforme ,del cual os subiré una foto de modelo, aparte de eso salvo el gasto inicial en utillaje (cuchillos, uniforme, manga, y demás utensilios) la verdad es que estoy super contento, y bueno, conforme vayamos avanzando os iré contando cómo va la cosa.
